1929 –born in Maissian village, Armenia.
1943-1947 – studied at the S. Merkurov art school. Leninakan.
1948-1950 – studied at the art college, Yerevan.
1957-1964 – studied at the Institute, named after I.Repin of the Art Academy, Leningrad, in Y. Neprintsev’s studio.
Since 1990 – Honored Artist of Armenia.
1996 – was awarded the I prize in an exhibition-competition, devoted to the International Congress organized by the UNDP.
1997 – died in Yerevan.
2004 – posthumous personal exhibition, NGA, Yerevan, with the participation of Modern Art Museum (Yerevan), dedicated to the 75th anniversary of his birth.
The works are kept in the Modern Art Museum (Yerevan), National Gallery of Armenia (Yerevan), in numerous private collections in Armenia and abroad.
